VERORDNUNG

- Es ist verboten, zu schreien und die Kunden neben dem eigenen Schirm zu stören.
- Pro Sonnenschirm sind maximal 5 Personen (einschließlich Kinder) erlaubt, eine Sonnenliege kann für 10 € und ein Stuhl für 5 € hinzugefügt werden.
- Es ist verboten, mit Bällen, Boccia oder Schlägern zu spielen, wenn dies die anderen Gäste stören könnte.

- Es ist verboten, die eigenen Möbel in der Einrichtung zu benutzen. Wenn Sie ein paar Stücke benötigen, können Sie diese mieten und mit an den freien Strand nehmen.
- Nach 14.00 Uhr kann nach Ermessen der Direktion der Tagestarif um 50% reduziert werden.

- Sie können jeden beliebigen Zeitraum (keinen halben Tag) auf folgende Weise buchen: ???? Online, über die Website www.bagno-calypso.it unter der Rubrik "Jetzt buchen".

- Das Bagno Calypso verfügt weder über einen eigenen Barservice noch über Vereinbarungen mit Dritten. Wasser kann innerhalb der Badeanstalt angefordert werden.
- Während der Badesaison ist es verboten, mit dem Fahrrad am Strand zu fahren. Im Pinienwald sind Fahrradständer vorhanden, aber der Parkplatz ist unbeaufsichtigt und die Direktion haftet nicht für Schäden oder Diebstahl.
- Es gibt 8 Sonnenschirme für Haustiere am Strand. Die Haustiere müssen gut erzogen sein und dürfen die anderen Gäste nicht belästigen. Sie dürfen sich nicht frei bewegen, und während der Badesaison ist es ihnen untersagt, am Strand zu laufen und zu baden.
Läufige Hunde sind nicht erlaubt und werden bei Nichtbenachrichtigung der Direktion ohne Rückerstattung sofort entfernt.
Es gibt eine Dusche im Inneren der Einrichtung, mit der die Tiere gewaschen werden können, aber bitte tun Sie dies außerhalb der Plattform.
- Gemäß Art. 8 der geltenden städtischen Strandverordnung ist das Rauchen an allen Stränden und Sandstränden im Gebiet von Piombino während der Touristensaison verboten. Elektronische Zigaretten sind von diesem Verbot ausgenommen.

Bagno Calypso does not have its own bar service, nor does it have any agreements with third parties. Water can be requested inside the bathing establishment.
During the bathing season it is forbidden to ride a bicycle on the beach. Racks are available in the pine forest, but the parking area is unattended and the management is not liable for any damage or theft.
There are 8 umbrellas for pets on the beach. Pets must be well-behaved and not cause any nuisance to other customers. They are not allowed to circulate freely, and during the bathing season it will be forbidden for them to walk on the beach and bathe.
Dogs "in heat" are not allowed, and failure to inform the management will result in their immediate removal without a refund.
There is a shower inside the establishment with which animals can be rinsed, but please do so outside the platform.
ART. 8 of the current municipal beach ordinance prohibits smoking on all beaches and sandy shores in the territory of Piombino during the tourist season. Electronic cigarettes are excluded from the ban

E’ vietato schiamazzare, disturbando la clientela vicina al proprio ombrellone
Sono ammesse massimo 5 persone (bambini compresi) per ogni ombrelloni e al costo di 10€ è possibile aggiungere un lettino, con 5€ una sedia
E’ vietato giocare a palle, bocce, racchette, se questo può infastidire il resto della clientela
E’ vietato utilizzare i propri arredi all’interno dello stabilimento, se si ha bisogno di pochi pezzi è possibile noleggiarli e portarli in spiaggia libera.
Dopo le ore 14, a discrezione della direzione, sarà possibile avere la riduzione della tariffa giornaliera del 50%.
E’ possibile prenotare qualsiasi periodo (no la mezza giornata) nei seguenti modi:
Online, accedendo al sito www.bagno-calypso.it nella sezione “Prenota ora”
Presso lo stabilimento, pagando anticipatamente i periodi prenotati
Tramite email: Infoprenotazioni@bagno-calypso.it, solo per periodi minimi di 4 giorni continuativi. Sarà discrezione della direzione chiedere o meno una caparra confirmatoria
Il numero telefonico (3534569182) è utilizzabile solo per richiedere informazioni.
Bagno Calypso non dispone di un proprio servizio bar, né ha effettuato alcuna convenzione con soggetti terzi. All’interno dello stabilimento è possibile richiedere dell’acqua.
Durante la stagione balneare è vietato condurre la propria bicicletta sull’arenile. In pineta sono disponibili delle rastrelliere, ma il posteggio è incustodito e la direzione non risponde di eventuali danni o furti.
All’interno dello stabilimento sono presenti 8 ombrelloni per animali domestici. I suddetti dovranno essere ben educati e non arrecare alcuna molestia alla restante clientela. Non è consentita loro la libera circolazione e durante la stagione balneare sarà vietato loro il transito sull’arenile e la possibilità di fare il bagno.
Le cagnoline “in calore” non sono ammesse, la mancata comunicazione alla direzione comporterà l’immediato allontanamento senza la restituzione degli importi versati.
All’interno dello stabilimento è presente un doccino con il quale sciacquare gli animali, si prega però di farlo fuori dalla pedana.
L' ART8 della vigente ordinanza comunale balneare vieta, durante la stagione turistica, il fumo su tutte le spiagge e arenili ricadenti nel territorio piombinese . Dal divieto sono escluse le sigarette elettroniche.
